1. Subscription Plans

- Basic
- Advanced
2. Cancellation Policy
- Paid monthly subscriptions (Basic, Advanced) remain active until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
- No refunds are provided for unused days of paid monthly subscriptions.
- Free plan users can use the plan without restrictions; no cancellation is required.
3. Plan Modifications and Limits
- ShortcutAi representatives reserve the right to modify the features and limitations of any plan, including Free and paid plans.
- Changes to paid plans will take effect only at the beginning of the next billing period.
- If a user switches from one plan to another, any unused limits or quotas from the previous plan will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.
- Because different AI models are used, all usage limits are tied to ShortcutAi tokens, which are not exact equivalents of any specific model’s tokens.
4. Unpaid Subscriptions
- If a payment fails, access to paid features will be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.
- The subscription remains active, and any accumulated unpaid charges may be automatically collected once the payment method becomes available.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
5. Browser and Feature Limitations
ShortcutAi works within the limitations of your browser and the AI models used. In rare cases where features stop working due to browser restrictions or API changes, no refund is available for monthly subscriptions.
6. Responsibility for Forgotten Cancellations
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions. If you forget to cancel, no refund will be issued.
